Yes we do! The task of adding new wheels brands to the website and keeping existing brands up-to-date is extremely time consuming. We do our best to update existing brands and add new brands as often as we can. If you are looking for a particular wheel or brand that can’t be found on the website, please contact our team via email at [email protected].

Yes, we guarantee that all our products are BRAND NEW.

CNC Wheels guarantees the wheels sent out to you will fit your vehicle. Before we send wheels away, we ask for vehicle maker/year model and then the order is checked by our skilled team to guarantee fitment. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you have more questions.

Yes, as long as tyres have not been mounted to the wheels you can return the wheels to us within 14 days of receiving your product.  The wheels MUST be in brand new resalable condition and MUST be in original manufacturer packaging.  You must first call and get a return authorization from us, so that we can document the reason for its return.  If you do not get this authorization, we will not know why the wheels have been returned, and many times we will not know who it is returning the wheels. 25% restocking fee for cancellation/exchange/refund applies on all the orders cancelled by the buyer for personal reasons if accepted on the seller’s behalf. You will be responsible for the return shipping, and the initial shipping charges incurred are non-refundable.

CNC Wheels strives to offer the widest selection of wheels and tyres for as many vehicles as possible.  In the rare event that we don’t offer wheels and/or tyres for your vehicle, please let us know at [email protected].

This can occur with some wheels that fit more than one bolt pattern.  For example, the Vrtini RF1.1 wheel comes in the two following bolt patterns:

Vertini RF1.1   20×8.5 / 5×114.3

and

Vertini RF1.1   20×8.5 / 5×120

If your vehicle’s bolt pattern is 5×114.3, search results for your vehicle will show the correct bolt pattern to fit your vehicle. It is similarly happening when someone searches for 5×120 bolt pattern. Our search results make it easy to find the perfect wheels for your vehicle.

Yes. All wheel and tyre packages sold will ship with wheel nuts, hub rings (if required) and centre caps (steel wheels excluded).

Yes. We will provide everything required to fit your wheels and tyres package at home. It is as simple as if you were to change a flat tyre. You will need to jack up the vehicle, remove the old wheels and install your new package instead.

The offset of a wheel is the distance from its hub mounting surface to the centreline of the wheel. The offset can be measured in backspacing, which means the distance from the hub mounting surface to the inside lip of the wheel (measured in inches).

No. Although we stock a large range of wheels and tyre, it is impossible to carry everything in stock. If you are at all concerned about availability please contact us before placing your order.

Yes, we can repair your wheel to look like new using the latest repair machines and advanced painting techniques.

A typical wheel repair will be processed in five steps:

1 – At first, we carefully remove the tyre using specialised equipment to not cause further damage.

2 – All dirt and brake dust are removed using jet-wash so as to reveal the defects.

3 – Scratches and gutter rashes are removed using our state-of-art CNC equipment.

4 – Following this, our spray-painting team apply any finish required using a spraying and baking process.

5 – Lastly, the wheel is re-fitted and balanced with the tyre to your vehicle ensuring great results every time.

It depends on what exactly is wrong with the wheel and what size is it. In General, prices are ranging from $99 to $199 each wheel (CNC face machining or diamond cut finishes may require an additional cost).

Yes we can! If there is any issue, we will let you know upfront, but in most cases we can match the existing colour of your wheel using computerized colour matching technology.

Yes, we specialized in machined/diamond cut wheels. We use the latest CNC Lathe machines that provide detailed finish every time.

No. We used to powder coat wheels, but recently we moved to a more advanced painting technique that includes 2 undercoats (primer), 3 base colour and 3 clear coat with PPG products only. It creates a smooth finish with long-lasting results.

Yes. Our skilled team is able to match your finish. We adjust the paint colour for each rim.

Yes, in most cases. If there is an issue, I will let you know upfront.

Yes. We will help you to select the right shade (over 5,000 colour patterns to choose from). Then, our team will take the tyre off and strip the wheel of its old finish. After its surface is cleaned and any curb damage is removed (if any), the wheel gets painted inside and out – if you changing from silver to black, there will be no more silver on that wheel. Lastly, we will re-mount and balance your tyre.

Yes we can. There are different types of polished wheels. Please contact us at [email protected] for more information.

Typically it takes between 2 to 3 days (depending on what time you drop the wheels off).

No, we do offer replacement wheels so you can keep driving your car until we get the job done.

You will have to drop off your wheels to our shop in order to have the work done.

Yes, we have experienced team to do the job properly and ensure your wheel meets factory specification.

Yes, as long as it’s not cracked on the spoke (illegal to repair) or laterally bent. We will let you know if the wheel is repairable or not after inspection.

If you thinking on welding a crack on the spoke, then don’t. The main reason is safety. The front of the wheel holds most of the weight of the car and the spokes take the torque of the motor. So, get yourself a new wheel rather than risking a wheel blow while driving.

On average it takes up to 24 hours, but we also offer same-day service for additional change and we guarantee your fully-restored rim will be ready same day by 5:00pm. Please contact us for more information.

Starting at $100, but the price depends on the size of the bent. Please contact our team for more details.

If your wheel is bent on the inner barrel, then this is the area of the wheel that we will fix and we will not have to touch the face, which means no damage to the finish. If your wheel is bent on the spoke side or lip, then you may see discolouration. This discoloration is only cosmetic and not structural so you can leave it alone or decide to have it cosmetically refinished for additional charge (we do not re-chrome).

We guarantee that the wheel will be trued to within .026 (industry specification) of an inch and that it holds air.

Yes. Our fully accredited and highly trained engineers know the ins and outs on how to repair your cracked wheel and bring it back to a safe driving condition. Please contact us for more information.

Yes we can, but in some cases the shape of the wheel does not always allow us to do exactly what was done originally at the factory. When we see your wheels, we will let you know what is possible.

Yes, we have the most skilled team to give you the best custom drilling results (drilling a new bolt pattern or re-drilling bolt pattern on the top of the original holes).
