We do our best to update existing brands and add new brands as often as we can. If you are looking for a particular wheel or brand that can’t be found on the website, please contact our team via email at [email protected].

Are all your products brand new?

Yes, we guarantee that all our products are BRAND NEW.

What is the Fitment Guarantee?

Do you have return policy?

Yes, as long as tyres have not been mounted to the wheels you can return the wheels to us within 14 days of receiving your product.  The wheels MUST be in brand new resalable condition and MUST be in original manufacturer packaging.  You must first call and get a return authorization from us, so that we can document the reason for its return.  If you do not get this authorization, we will not know why the wheels have been returned, and many times we will not know who is returning the wheels. 25% restocking fee for cancellation/exchange/refund applies on all the orders cancelled by the buyer for personal reasons if accepted on the seller’s behalf. You will be responsible for the return shipping, and the initial shipping charges incurred are non-refundable.
See our Return Policy for more details.

Why don't you have my vehicle listed in the vehicle selector?

CNC Wheels strives to offer the widest selection of wheels and tyres for as many vehicles as possible.  In the rare event that we don’t offer wheels and/or tyres for your vehicle, please let us know at [email protected].

Why do I see the same wheel more than once when searching for wheels?

This can occur with some wheels that fit more than one bolt pattern.  For example, the Vrtini RF1.1 wheel comes in the two following bolt patterns:

GT FORM VENOM   20×8.5 / 5×114.3

and

GT FORM VENOM   20×8.5 / 5×120

If your vehicle’s bolt pattern is 5×114.3, search results for your vehicle will show the correct bolt pattern to fit your vehicle. It is similarly happening when someone searches for 5×120 bolt pattern. Our search results make it easy to find the perfect wheels for your vehicle.

Will my wheels & tyres package come with accessories?

Yes. All wheel and tyre packages sold will ship with wheel nuts, hub rings (if required) and centre caps (steel wheels excluded).

Can I fit my wheels & tyres package myself at home?

Yes. We will provide everything required to fit your wheels and tyres package at home. It is as simple as if you were to change a flat tyre. You will need to jack up the vehicle, remove the old wheels and install your new package instead.

What does offset mean?

The offset of a wheel is the distance from its hub mounting surface to the centreline of the wheel. The offset can be measured in backspacing, which means the distance from the hub mounting surface to the inside lip of the wheel (measured in inches). You can read more about offset here.

Do you have all the products listed on the website in stock?

No. Although we stock a large range of wheels and tyres, it is impossible to carry everything in stock. If you are at all concerned about availability please contact us before placing your order.

Lastly, we will re-mount and balance your tyre.

BUCKLE & CRACK FAQ'S

I cracked my wheel. Can it be welded?

Yes. Our fully accredited and highly trained engineers know the ins and outs of how to repair your cracked wheel and bring it back to a safe driving condition. Please contact us for more information.

My wheel is bent, do you repair bent (buckled) alloy wheels/Rims?

Yes, we have an experienced team to do the job properly and ensure your wheel meets factory specifications.

How long does it take to straighten a bent wheel?

On average it takes up to 24 hours, but we also offer same-day service for additional change and we guarantee your fully-restored rim will be ready same day by 5:00pm. Please contact us for more information.

My wheel is bent on the front (spoke side) can you straighten this?

Yes, as long as it’s not cracked on the spoke (illegal to repair) or literally bent. We will let you know if the wheel is repairable or not after inspection.

Why don’t you repair wheels that are cracked on the spoke?

If you thinking of welding a crack on the spoke, then don’t. The main reason is safety. The front of the wheel holds most of the weight of the car and the spokes take the torque of the motor. So, get yourself a new wheel rather than risking a wheel blow while driving.

How much does it cost to straighten a bent wheel?

Starting at $120, but the price depends on the size and location of the bent. Please contact our team for more details.

Will your straightening process damage the finish of my wheel?

If your wheel is bent on the inner barrel, then this is the area of the wheel that we will fix and we will not have to touch the face, which means no damage to the finish. If your wheel is bent on the spoke side or lip, then you may see discolouration. This discolouration is only cosmetic and not structural so you can leave it alone or decide to have it cosmetically refinished for an additional charge (we do not re-chrome).

Do you warranty your straightening work?

We guarantee that the wheel will be trued to within .026 (industry specification) of an inch and that it holds air.
